Terms & Conditions:
Booking Process
- To schedule your consultation, you must complete the Google Form with your details which will be sent via email after your purchase. This allows our team to understand your needs and get in touch to arrange your 30-minute session.
Consultation Details
- Each consultation is 30 minutes long and conducted virtually.
Fee
- The consultation is a £75 paid service. Full payment is required at checkout on www.byerim.com.
Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule your session once free of charge, provided you give a minimum of 24 hours notice.
- Reschedule requests with less than 24 hours notice will not be accommodated, and the session will be considered forfeited.
No-Show Policy
- If you miss your scheduled session without notice, it will be marked as a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, we recommend using your one-time reschedule allowance (with 24+ hours notice).
ByErim Offer Code
- All attendees will receive a £15 code redeemable on www.byerim.com after their consultation.
- The code will be sent via email after you purchase your consultation.
- This will be an offer code and is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Other Terms
- By booking a consultation, you agree not to record, distribute, or reproduce any part of the session without written consent from ByErim.
- ByErim reserves the right to cancel or reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Advice given during the consultation is based on the information you provide. For medical or severe hair/scalp issues, please consult a healthcare professional.
